Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, the transaction will be processed automatically within 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits cannot be cancelled once submitted. If a deposit fails due to a technical error and is not credited to your account, please contact support with proof. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

General Bonus Terms

1x bed offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. The general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the wagering conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet: While using a bonus, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 (unless otherwise specified).

Bonus Abuse

If our system detects bonus abuse on any account — such as bonus hunting or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — 1x bed reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and close the account.

Betting Rules & Regulations

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted through the 1x bed system. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless it was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error. Odds already locked in at the time of bet confirmation will not be affected by any subsequent changes.

Match Cancellation & Suspension Rules

• If an event is cancelled in its entirety, all bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced due to weather, the result will be determined by the DLS method.

Special Rules for Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. In cases of system delay, bet acceptance may take a moment. If odds shift during that time, 1x bed reserves the right to accept the bet at the latest available odds.

Casino Game Rules

RNG & Fairness

All casino games at 1x bed use a Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent third party. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

Game Errors & Technical Issues

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be voided.
• 1x bed reserves the right to void any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error.
• Games lost due to an internet disconnection will not be replayed.

Terms Update Policy

1x bed may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance via your registered email or a notice on the site.

Continued use of 1x bed after updated terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.
